Today was going to be pretty straight forward. Sunday is flat trail run day. I needed around 16-17km to complete my 75km weekly goal. Weather was hot but fine – my route had places for a dip. The plan was 8-8.5km to the east towards Kornhill and then back the same way.
And that is what I did. I ran there, took a short break to shuffle around contents of my bottles and then I ran back. Half a liter of plain water and half a liter of Nuun were just about on the limit OK for this almost 17km run.
